Terms of use
Aeglo helps a solo expert publish a paid service, accept bookings, and track payments.
Subscription expiry and corrections
Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. When the trial or paid period ends, new bookings and service publication are paused. Existing booking management, documents and data export remain accessible. Contact mart@aeglo.me for invoice corrections or refund requests; the original invoice is retained and a credit note is issued where appropriate. Crediting an invoice and returning money are separate actions. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
Optional Stripe connection
When card payments are available and enabled by the provider, Stripe processes payment through the provider’s connected account. Stripe fees, verification, payout schedules and restrictions apply separately. Aeglo does not add a card surcharge to the agreed customer total. Canceling a booking does not automatically refund the card payment; the provider initiates refunds in Stripe and corrects invoices separately where needed. An Aeglo subscription payment and a provider’s customer payment are separate transactions.
Role of the service
Aeglo is booking and invoicing software, not a payment intermediary. Aeglo creates the invoice and payment instructions on behalf of the provider, and the payment recipient is the provider. Bank transfers go to their bank account; enabled card payments are processed by Stripe on their connected account.
Provider responsibility
The provider is the seller and invoice issuer and is responsible for service content, pricing, taxes, refunds, customer relationships, and legal obligations.
Pricing and receipts
The first 30 days of Aeglo are free. After the trial, the price is €9.99 per month plus VAT, billed every 3, 6, or 12 months as selected by the provider. A paid subscription will not start without the provider’s separate confirmation. Aeglo’s transaction fee is 0%. The provider checks bank transfers and confirms receipt manually in Aeglo. Card payment status is based on verified Stripe payment data.
Processing provider customer data
The provider determines which customer data is collected through Aeglo and why, and acts as controller for that data. Aeglo processes it only on the provider’s documented instructions and to deliver the service, applies appropriate security measures, keeps access confidential, uses subprocessors where necessary, and assists the provider with data-subject rights and security-incident obligations. When the service ends, data is deleted or returned according to the provider’s instruction, except where retention is required by law.
