Help and guides

Find answers before creating an account or while setting up your page. These are the same guides used by the Aeglo assistant.

Start with your service

A service is the offer clients book, such as a 60-minute consultation. You can share its direct booking link without designing a page with several services.

  1. Open Services and add a service. Set name, duration, price or price by agreement, and meeting type. A short description is optional. Review facts in any AI-created offer yourself.
  2. Set working hours and publish the service. Calendar connections and automatic video links are optional; manual meeting instructions let you start without connections. Check the public link as a client.

Publish a service or page

A saved draft is not yet public. Publishing a service and publishing design changes to My page are separate actions.

  1. In the service editor, select Publish service. Missing information is explained beside the relevant field. A name and valid duration are required; description is optional and price may be by agreement.
  2. In the page editor, select Publish changes. If nothing required is missing, publication is immediate. Then open the public page to check what clients see.

Change service duration

30 minutes is an editable starting value for a manually added service. In an older generated draft it could also be a placeholder for an unknown duration. The number alone does not tell us which applies to your service. When the description does not specify a duration, we show Add duration and ask you to enter it before publishing.

  1. In the My page editor, click the service's pencil, change Duration and save. If the page has unpublished changes, then choose Publish.
  2. From Services, open the service → Basic details → Durations and prices. Change the minutes for the relevant option and save. Duration is the length of one appointment; working hours and time before or after it are separate settings.

Service order on My page

Open Services. Use the arrows in Order on My page to move services up or down. Changes save immediately.

  1. The number shows the service's list position. Only published services appear on the public page; drafts and hidden services stay private.

The public page and draft can differ

The dashboard preview shows the published page. The editor may show an unpublished draft, so backgrounds and colours can differ.

  1. Open Edit page and Design. The photo or background pencil opens that element’s options. Check the mobile preview too.
  2. Changes become visible to clients after publication. A service’s own booking page may have a separate design; you can restore the main page style there.

Why is a time unavailable?

A time must satisfy all service rules. An empty calendar does not by itself make it bookable. I cannot see your calendar contents or confirm a particular free time.

  1. Check the service’s Working hours: general hours or separate hours? Separate hours can restrict a service, for example to Thu–Fri 14:00–18:00. General days off and calendar busy times still apply.
  2. Check the time zone, date exceptions, existing bookings, minimum notice and booking horizon. Duration plus preparation and wrap-up time must fit within working hours.

Calendar and video meetings

Yes. Connect Google Calendar in Aeglo and select Google Meet for the service, or connect Zoom and select Zoom. A meeting link is created for the confirmed booking and included in the client's confirmation email and calendar invitation. Rescheduling updates the linked meeting; cancellation cancels or removes it. Automation requires a working account connection. You can also use your own link or manual meeting instructions; connecting a calendar or video account is optional when getting started.

  1. Signing in with Google does not automatically connect the calendar. Open Connections and check the relevant connection. I cannot reconnect it for you.
  2. For manual video calls, use a public meeting label such as “Video call on Zoom” and add customer instructions. The public label is not a private joining link; instructions are sent after booking.

Payments and confirming receipt

Clients transfer directly to the provider, including before the meeting. Aeglo shows payment instructions when the necessary account details are supplied. The provider manually confirms receipt. ‘I paid’ is the client's report, not bank verification. Aeglo's transaction fee is 0%; bank fees may apply. Payment by arrangement is also available.

  1. Configure the recipient and bank details in Connections. Card payments require a connected and approved Stripe account and card payments enabled on the service.
  2. Check the specific payment or refund in booking details. I cannot see bank receipt or confirm that money was refunded. Bank refunds are made separately through the bank; final card refund status comes from Stripe.

Package: clients choose times later

Yes. A client can buy a six-session coaching package and choose times later. Aeglo automatically tracks available, reserved and used credits: booking reserves a credit, and attendance recorded by the provider marks it used. Whether cancellation restores a credit depends on the package terms. Set the service, credit count, total price and validity. Clients see their balance and validity through a secure email link, without creating an account. Group-class passes use the selected class's shared capacity. A description can create a package draft; review its details before publishing.

  1. Open Services → Packages and series. Create a package, choose an eligible individual service and set credits, total price and validity.
  2. Check the late-cancellation and no-show rule. Reserved and used credits are different; confirm attendance in package management.
  3. Validity can be days, weeks, calendar months or no expiry. Client packages shows your customers’ purchases. Booking emails include the balance and expiry; packages with available credits receive an expiry reminder.
  4. Open your own purchases as a customer using the email link. A provider account with the same email does not automatically grant access to customer purchases.

Series: one registration for all dates

Yes. Create a series in your account with fixed meeting dates, a participant limit and a total price. Clients register for the whole series in one purchase. Keep your existing tools for learning materials and course content.

  1. Open Services → Packages and series and create a series. Set the service, all meeting dates and times, participant limit and total series price.
  2. Publish the offer and share its link. One purchase covers every meeting in the series. If clients should choose their own times later, create a package instead.

Rescheduling and cancellation cutoff

Set a service's rescheduling and cancellation notice period and add your own service terms. Clients can read the terms and use a secure link to reschedule or cancel before the cutoff. Later changes and refunds are arranged with the provider; Aeglo does not automatically refund bank transfers.

  1. Open the service’s Terms tab and set the cutoff. Zero allows clients to act until the meeting starts; it does not disable cancellation. Check the cutoff example shown alongside.
  2. Manage a particular booking in Bookings → booking details. Cancellation, refund and credit note are separate states; check each outcome.

Clients do not need an account

No. Clients access their appointments, issued invoices and purchased packages through a secure email link. No password or separate account is needed; access requires email verification.

  1. Clients start from their confirmation email’s booking link and choose My appointments and invoices. They verify their email to see all their records; a single booking link alone does not grant access to the full history.

Confirmations and reminders

Confirmed bookings have email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the meeting, when enabled in Settings and the send time has not already passed. Stale reminders for rescheduled or cancelled times are not sent. SMS reminders are not currently available.

  1. Check notification preferences in Settings and the booking status. Ask the client to check spam. A sent status does not prove inbox delivery or that the email was read.
  2. If the email remains missing, choose Report a bug and say whether you expected a confirmation, change notice or reminder. Do not include client personal data or private booking links.

Aeglo trial and subscription

The preview is free. After claiming, you have 30 free days; a paid subscription does not start automatically. The price is €9.99 + VAT per month, billed for 3, 6, 12 months. The shortest paid period is 3 months.

  1. Open Aeglo subscription under Account in the sidebar. It shows free days, prepaid access, your expiry date and Aeglo invoices. Invoices is for invoices issued to your clients.

Aeglo is for solo service providers

Aeglo supports services for multiple participants, but not multi-provider, room or shift scheduling. Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom are supported; Outlook and Teams connections and gift-card redemption are not currently available.

  1. If you mean several clients at one time, choose private group or open group in the service’s Booking rules. For multiple providers, describe your need under Suggest an improvement.
