Aeglo for AI agents
Create a private, editable booking-page preview for an independent professional with one API call. The preview is not public, and no customer can book or pay until its owner claims and publishes it.
Aeglo capabilities and limitations
These answers describe the Aeglo application. The page-creation API accepts only a subset of its settings: five services and one interval per day are limits of that input. A field missing from the preview schema does not mean the feature is absent from Aeglo.
Your page and branding
Your name, logo, photos and services on one booking page. Edit the copy and design in the preview and publish when ready.
Book on your client’s behalf
Add an agreed appointment to your calendar yourself. Aeglo checks availability and sends the client confirmation and enabled reminders. Public self-booking is optional.
Duration options and private groups
Offer different durations and prices for one service. A couple or private group books one shared appointment, with matching participant counts and prices.
Group classes and seminars
Set start times and capacity. Participants book the same session separately; Aeglo tracks available seats. Clients can join a waitlist when a session is full.
Calendar, working hours and time zones
View appointments by day, week or list. Working hours, breaks and busy times constrain booking. A Google Calendar connection also checks external busy times; clients see times in their selected time zone.
Flexible start times
Choose 15-, 30- or 60-minute start intervals independently of appointment duration. Preparation and after-appointment buffers fit inside working hours. The preview uses the same grid; live booking also checks busy times.
Suggestions for a more compact day
Enable consecutive-appointment suggestions for a service. Available times near a compatible appointment are marked “Recommended”. All other available times remain selectable and existing appointments never move.
Invoices and payment overview
Confirm receipt, review the invoice and issue a PDF to your client. Booking, payment and invoice statuses stay separate. You can also keep using your existing invoicing software.
Clients and workspace members
Keep a client’s appointments and purchases together. Invite your website manager to your workspace and assign suitable permissions. Every workspace member uses their own account.
Five interface languages
Use Aeglo in Estonian, English, Swedish, Spanish or Russian. Providers can review their public page content; the client’s language and time zone can differ from the provider’s.
Are Google Meet or Zoom links created automatically?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar in Aeglo and select Google Meet for the service, or connect Zoom and select Zoom. A meeting link is created for the confirmed booking and included in the client's confirmation email and calendar invitation. Rescheduling updates the linked meeting; cancellation cancels or removes it. Automation requires a working account connection. You can also use your own link or manual meeting instructions; connecting a calendar or video account is optional when getting started.
How many services can I offer?
Add services under Services in your account. Each published service has its own booking link, and your public page lists published services. The AI preview is a starting point: review the imported selection before publishing.
Can I leave a break in the middle of the day?
Working hours supports multiple intervals on the same day, such as 09:00–12:00 and 16:00–19:00, plus date-specific exceptions and closed dates. The AI preview input currently accepts one interval per day; set the detailed schedule in Aeglo after claiming your page.
Does Aeglo send reminders?
Confirmed bookings have email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the meeting, when enabled in Settings and the send time has not already passed. Stale reminders for rescheduled or cancelled times are not sent. SMS reminders are not currently available.
Can I ask intake questions before a meeting?
In service settings, add required or optional booking questions: short text, a longer answer, a selection or a checkbox. For example, ask about the meeting's purpose or preparation preferences. Answers appear in booking details. Individual and private-group services support these questions; open-group sessions do not. Aeglo does not provide multi-page medical intake forms or a health- and patient-record management system.
Can I set my own cancellation terms?
Set a service's rescheduling and cancellation notice period and add your own service terms. Clients can read the terms and use a secure link to reschedule or cancel before the cutoff. Later changes and refunds are arranged with the provider; Aeglo does not automatically refund bank transfers.
Does Aeglo track credits for packages and group-class passes?
Yes. A client can buy a six-session coaching package and choose times later. Aeglo automatically tracks available, reserved and used credits: booking reserves a credit, and attendance recorded by the provider marks it used. Whether cancellation restores a credit depends on the package terms. Set the service, credit count, total price and validity. Clients see their balance and validity through a secure email link, without creating an account. Group-class passes use the selected class's shared capacity. A description can create a package draft; review its details before publishing.
Can Aeglo issue and redeem gift cards?
Gift-card issuance and redemption are not currently available. Appointment packages and group-class passes are available, with credit tracking in Aeglo.
Can I share booking access just with my existing clients?
Yes. Protect your whole page or an individual service with a shared password, then give clients the link and password. A new visitor must enter the password to open the protected page or service; no Aeglo account is needed. Set this under My page → Access and password protection, or the service's Booking rules. A shared password does not verify an existing client's identity: it can be forwarded. Existing bookings and purchases keep their secure management links.
Can I sell a series with fixed dates?
Yes. Create a series in your account with fixed meeting dates, a participant limit and a total price. Clients register for the whole series in one purchase. Keep your existing tools for learning materials and course content.
Does the client need an account?
No. Clients access their appointments, issued invoices and purchased packages through a secure email link. No password or separate account is needed; access requires email verification.
How does the client pay and who confirms receipt?
Clients transfer directly to the provider, including before the meeting. Aeglo shows payment instructions when the necessary account details are supplied. The provider manually confirms receipt. ‘I paid’ is the client's report, not bank verification. Aeglo's transaction fee is 0%; bank fees may apply. Payment by arrangement is also available.
Can clients pay by card during booking?
Yes, once the provider has connected Stripe, completed its checks and enabled card payments for the service. Payment is verified using Stripe. Stripe fees and payout schedules apply; a card payment does not mean an immediate bank payout. Bank transfer and payment by arrangement remain options.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The preview is free. After claiming, you have 30 free days; a paid subscription does not start automatically. The price is €9.99 + VAT per month, billed for 3, 6, 12 months. The shortest paid period is 3 months.
Start in your usual AI conversation
Describe your service to your AI. It clarifies any missing details and gives you a link to Aeglo. If it can create the preview directly, your editable page opens. Otherwise your agreed details come with the link: press “Create my free preview” in Aeglo. You do not need to change technical settings, run code or install a connection.
Ask your agent to read the requirements first. Your service description and one or two grouped clarifications usually cover durations, total prices or free services, working hours, time zone and meeting method. get_booking_page_requirements
No connection? Hand your prompt to Aeglo in a link.
In an ordinary Claude or ChatGPT conversation, a creation link is enough. Build it yourself so the person does not have to copy the description again. URI-encode the entire agreed description and append it to the address below. The preview is created after the person presses the create button in Aeglo.

Use a 12–3000 character description and replace … with the actual encoded text. For example, a free introductory call is a separate service at €0; an unknown price is not free. Do not substitute an HTML mockup or ask the person to configure a connection.

Provide a natural-language description, an HTTPS website URL, or 1–5 structured services. Default to profile_page: a personal page with the name, introduction and services. Use booking_only only when the person asks for a service list without an introduction. Never invent a missing price, duration, address or meeting link. If the working day includes a break, do not merge two intervals into one: review the detailed schedule in Aeglo before publishing.

3. Show the human what was found
Show the preview, detected services, prices, durations, and every warning. Send the claim link only to the provider and treat it like a password.
4. The human claims the page
The provider verifies their email, corrects the content if needed, and publishes it themselves. The agent cannot publish or create a customer booking through this API.
MCP for agents
The same safe preview flow is available through a stateless MCP server (2026-07-28 and 2025 clients). Its tools only create and read a private preview; publishing and booking tools are intentionally not exposed.

Price and limits
Aeglo costs €9.99 + VAT per month, billed for 3, 6 or 12 months. Your first 30 days after claiming are free. Clients transfer directly to the provider; Aeglo’s transaction fee is 0%.
The preview API supports 1–5 services, euro prices and Estonian or English. Website import can only read publicly accessible content; use your own description when a social network requires login. Missing facts need review. Aeglo does not automatically verify bank transfers or guarantee recommendations from AI applications.
Help the user reach a real page
When the person asks to create their page, continue from shaping the services to a preview or creation link. Do not stop at offering copywriting or substitute a standalone HTML artifact. Ask for missing details together and explain whether the link opens an existing preview or still needs a press of the create button.
Clients can pay by bank transfer before the meeting. The provider manually confirms actual receipt; Aeglo does not automatically verify bank accounts. With Stripe connected and enabled, clients can also pay by card; payment is verified using Stripe and Stripe fees apply.
