The provider manually confirms receipt. ‘I paid’ is the client's report, not bank verification. Aeglo's transaction fee is 0%; bank fees may apply. Payment by arrangement is also available.

Are partner lessons and open group classes the same?
No. One person books the whole partner lesson. In an open class, different clients buy seats in the same session; configure dates and capacity in your account. Aeglo does not manage availability across multiple studio rooms.
Must I connect calendars and payments immediately?
No. Create a preview first. You can arrange meeting details manually and keep your existing payment method. Review working hours and service details before publishing.
Does the client need an account?
No. Clients access their appointments, issued invoices and purchased packages through a secure email link. No password or separate account is needed; access requires email verification.
Can I share booking access just with my existing clients?
Yes. Protect your whole page or an individual service with a shared password, then give clients the link and password. A new visitor must enter the password to open the protected page or service; no Aeglo account is needed. Set this under My page → Access and password protection, or the service's Booking rules. A shared password does not verify an existing client's identity: it can be forwarded. Existing bookings and purchases keep their secure management links.
